The Basics of Lymphedema: Understanding the Gold Standard Treatment of CDT will be presented by Steve Norton, Executive Director, Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy, Matawan NJ in Las Vegas at the Wild on Wounds National Conference this September 7-10,2011

During this session, an in-depth look at CDT will provide participants with strong rationale for treating patients with a lymphedema diagnosis or combined edema diagnosis using International Gold Standard methods. Since CDT requires a high level of skill and training to perform the component modalities, participants will gain insight into the underlying performance attributes of Manual Lymph Drainage, Short stretch Compression bandaging techniques, complementary coordinated exercise and infection prevention to insure unrivaled outcomes.
