Peristomal Complications

More Peristomal Skin Complications and Solutions will be presented by Cathy Modlin RN, BSN, CWOCN, WCC, President of The National Alliance of Wound Care at this year’s Wild on Wounds National Conference in Las Vegas September 7-10, 2011.

This session will provide the attendees insight on the many different peristomal skin problems that can occur and develop. As wound care practitioners, they may be called upon to help triage and recommend treatment for these very specialized skin problems. With the use of photos and enthusiastic descriptions of manifestations and treatments, the attendees will be able to better understand how to care for them. Advance your knowledge in this one-hour session.

If you have the opportunity, we highly recommend coming to listen to Cathy’s presentation. This session is usually jammed packed with attendees as her insight and knowledge base is invaluable. Attendees usually get so much out of her presentations that they can put into their practice right away!
